Artist Opportunities: Studio M

Studio M show proposals are being accepted until December 31, 2018, for open exhibition slots in the 2020/21 exhibit calendar.

Any questions about the application process can be directed to Emily Vigil, Studio M Coordinator

Studio M showcases the artistic talents of local, regional, and national artists.  It has provided an opportunity for members of the Massillon Museum to exhibit their artwork since 2003. The location of Studio M gallery will be shifted upon completion of Museum expansion in 2018.  Juried solo shows and small group shows are installed for seven weeks, and each are celebrated by an artist’s reception, typically on the Saturday evening of its opening. Both established and emerging visual artists can display and offer for sale their creations.

Studio M was created with the intention of strengthening the ties between the Massillon Museum and the community. The contributions of our members enable us to provide quality programming that enriches the cultural, historical, and artistic integrity we seek to maintain. By showcasing the artistic talents of local, regional, and national artists, Studio M fosters a collaborative relationship between the Massillon Museum and the community that emphasizes the value we place on the support of our members.
