The Massillon Museum will host performances of Our Town by Thornton Wilder on Saturday, November 9, at 7:00 p.m., and Sunday, November 10, at 2:00 p.m.

Performers are local actors and actresses who auditioned for the parts. Former Washington High School drama coach and current Museum trustee David Harding is the director. He is assisted by Kathleen Bachtel.

The play will be presented in the Museum’s Gessner Hall. “Including drama in MassMu’s programming is part of our longterm goal to appeal to to the interests of a wide range of regional residents,” said Alexandra Nicholis Coon, the Museum’s executive director. “We now have a beautiful venue for performances and the interest of area thespians.”

Tickets, $8 ($6 MassMu members), are now available by visiting the Museum’s reception desk, by calling 330-833-4061, or by Paypal above.

Our Town is produced with the permission of Samual French Company.

The Museum receives operating support from the Ohio Arts Council and ArtsinStark.
