Soup Up Your Support!


A Benefit for the Massillon Museum Endowment Fund
Wednesday, March 26, 2008 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Handcrafted ceramic soup bowls will be displayed at the Museum beginning on Wednesday, March 19. Choose your favorite and make a reservation for lunch; pay on March 26. For a minimum of $15 per bowl, enjoy one serving of Panera soup and bread- keep the bowl! (You may find a treasure that compels you to offer more!) You're welcome to purchase additional soup, beverages, and accompaniments.

Bowls were created by: Clarice Nelson, Christopher Craft, Christine Shearer, Alexandra Nicholis, Mandy Pond, Judy Paquelet, Scot Phillips, Christine Bracken, Mary Ann Fowler, Suzi John, Lani Allman, Bobbie Muhlbach, Washington High School students under the direction of Sherri Hornbrooke, and Malone Students Sylvia DeMarco, Jessica Yoder, Missy Schreckengost, Caitlin Cook, Holly Reiber, Cindy Kimberly, Madeleine Cline, and Britaney Mazur.


Annual Island Party
July 18, 2008
This free event features reggae music on the Museum's lawn. Free admission. Food and drinks are for sale while you enjoy music and great company!
In 2007, over 1,300 people attended the Island Party!

Massillon's Annual Fun Fest

August 9, 2008
All of downtown Massillon is taken over by FunFest with tons of free activities for children. The Massillon Museum helps to get sponsorships for all the great activities and performances.
